The artist does NOT consent to their art being used for NFTs, any cryptocurrency-based transactions or any Artificial Intelligence (AI) purposes, including but not limited to, AI learning and training. (Please notify the artist immediately if you see their art being used for any such purposes).

The artist may use completed artworks for purposes including but not limited to, commission samples and portfolios unless discussed. (NDA fees may apply).

When commissioning, the client should provide clear examples and reference images of the character(s) requested.

The artist will only draw in the art style(s) offered. Under no circumstances will the artist be willing to emulate another art style.

The artist has the right to refuse or cancel the client's commission without explanation.

Payment must be made fully upfront. Unless discussed and agreed upon prior to submitting a request. (SKEB style commissions are not subject to payment plans).

If it is a SKEB style (surprise me) commission, the client agrees that payment plans are not offered and accepted.

As this is a SKEB style (surprise me) commission, the client agrees that there will be no communication or revisions available, unless the artist has made a mistake.

The artist agrees to complete the commission within 7-30 days from when the commission is confirmed. Should there be any delays, the artist will inform the client immediately and form a compromise.

All delivery of the final artwork will take place on VGen's platform unless explicitly requested by the client and mutually agreed upon.

Profile picture / banner / header.

Wallpaper / backgrounds on phone / laptop / messaging apps.

Posting the commission on social media for purposes including, but not limited to, engaging with followers, self promotion, and showcasing character.

Streaming assets including but not limited to, alerts, loading screens and stingers.

Branding purposes including but not limited to, VTuber design, mascot, new outfit design and business cards.

Advertisements, video thumbnails, PNGTubers.

Reproducing and selling the artwork is considered commercial use and will incur additional fees.

The artist retains full copyright of all artworks.

The client is granted a non-transferrable license to use the artwork for personal purposes, such as display or sharing on social media, provided proper credit is given.

The client agrees to not modifying or erasing the artist's watermark.

The client agrees to provide proper credit by linking the artist's social media account when posting the commission.

Commercial licenses to the artwork will incur an additional fee of 200% of the base price.

Monetized licenses to the artwork will incur an additional fee of 50% of the base price.

The client agrees that they will not receive a refund should the artist have already started the commission.

In the case where the artist has not started the artwork, a full refund will be processed for the client upon their request.

If the artist, for any reason, is unable to fufill and start the commission, the client will receive a full refund.

Communication will take place on either Discord, Twitter, VGen or through email.

If the commission is a SKEB style (surprise me) commission, the client agrees that there will be no communication between the client and the artist.
